How to pay for accommodation at Riunione?
Payment methods accepted by us are: Cash (RON), Bank card (VISA / Mastercard / Maestro / VISA), Bank transfer, Holiday vouchers
Do you accept pets?
We do not currently accept pets in the rooms.
Do you offer extra beds?
We have a capacity of 2 extra beds in total. Contact us for price / availability.
Do you offer a buffet breakfast?
We offer breakfast at the client's request, respecting his dietary requirements.
Do children have freebies?
One child from 0 to 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or teenager is charged an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. We do not have special baby beds in the room.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If the booking is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
What is the complaints policy?
Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided will be made on the spot, during the entire stay of the tourists in the guesthouse. Complaints after the end of the stay will not be considered. Claims for damage caused by theft, destruction or damage to property brought by the customer to the hotel must be notified to the hotel no later than one hour from the date of the event.
